LIBRARY SERVICES

Our school library is a very spacious one and it is well equipped ; most importantly, it is being manned by a well trained Librarian.The library receives daily supply of Newspapers .The library has a telephone line extension and there are so many books on various subjects. Books in the library are well indexed and catalogued. Indeed, the importance of a good library service cannot be over emphasized, that is why the school has stocked a large number of recommended books and reference materials.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership registration is open to both students and staff of the school.Access to library resources is granted on presentation of library card to the Librarian.

LOANS

A registered member is allowed to borrow a maximum of two books and he/she is responsible for the safety of the book(s) until the books are returned.

Materials in the reference section are not allowed to be borrowed except approval is sought and obtained.

CONDUCT IN THE LIBRARY

The following rules of conduct must be observed in the library by users:

• Strict silence
• Bags, umbrellas, luggage and other personal text books must be left at the library entrance.
• Eating, drinking and smoking is not allowed.
• Reading tables, chairs, charts etc must not be removed from the library for any reason.
